
Myofascial Yoga Flow combines traditional yoga practices with myofascial release techniques and movement meditation. It enhances flexibility, relieves tension and promotes overall well-being. It integrates focus on gravity, breathwork, and space orientation. This practice encourages a deeper connection to your body and can significantly improve your physical and mental well-being. Myofascial Yoga Flow benefits all bodies and fitness levels.
In this course, places are limited to a small group of regular participants, so register now to secure your spot.
First of all, you need to invest your time and commit to regular practice. We will meet each Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. Each class lasts 90 minutes.
The two months course (8 lessons) costs 300 pln.

• We practice in a closed group and you cannot join the group once the course has started.
• It is recommended that you attend each class.
• Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. We practice barefoot, on yoga mats, which can be borrowed free of charge or purchased on site.
• In the event that the minimum number of participants, i.e. at least 10 people, is not reached, the organiser may cancel the course or change its start date.
Anna Podoracka – I am a certified myofascial release flow yoga (Polish: joga powięziowa integralnie) teacher and English translator and interpreter. I have practised yoga for more than 20 years and I have seen for myself how yoga can benefit someone who’s got a busy lifestyle and a stressful job. For me, yoga, especially the myofascial release flow, is all about letting go and being present in the moment. Time spent on the mat is the best 'me time’ ritual, helping to unwind and find a balance between mind, body and soul. I want to share with my students the simple truth that less is more, and that yoga is for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level.
